Behavioral Issues

Problems in the classroom have escalated over the years. Many solutions to these problems have sprung up all over the nation, and these "solutions" have wroked, temporarily. Detention, take their free time away, they won't cause trouble if we keep them after school for an hour. Sure it was a minor inconvienece but eventually kids got over it. SAFE, basically in-school detention, who was the genuis who thought up this one? If the kid is already skipping, or doesn't care enough about his grade in the first place why would they care to be kicked out of class. I mean, sure it works for the kids who really care, but how many of them are actually being sent to SAFE anyway? I have a new idea, a better idea, and yes maybe it will seem a little extreme, but it is fool proof. Execute one kid a year, one per every district. I mean really, how many kids are gonna get into a fight if they know win or lose, they could be hanging by their neck the next day? Who is gonna cuss out their teacher if they know they could be shot in the head in front of the entire district? The selection would be based upon the "worst kid" in the disrict, and if there is a tie one game of rock-paper-scissors will declare who dies. If the tie is not broken in one game, you will kill them both. If after the execution there is a student, or students, who is/are causing multiple, constant problems, you will have another execution. Now it may take more than one for them to realize that we are serious, but eventually the biggest problem you may have in school could be attendance, or a sleeper. Now we will not have any mercy, even in the "light years", we have to let the students that we mean buissness, they will no longer run these schools. The days of fights and cussing have ended, education will reign supreme. Now me, being a student, and proposing the idea will be exempt from the execution. No matter what inconvienece, or problems I may cause.
